  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, logistical challenges, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.
  • Shipping timelines are calculated from the date of processing, not the order placement date.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Orders (within India): Usually delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location and courier efficiency.
  • International Orders: Delivery timelines vary based on destination country and customs procedures.

4. International Shipping

  • International delivery is available — please contact our support team before placing an order for guidance on shipping options and costs.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
  • For returns on international orders, return shipping to Gravity International (India) must be borne by the buyer. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after inspection of the returned product.

5. Delivery & Receipt

  • All deliveries require a signature or confirmation at the time of receipt.
  • VishwaSports.shop (operated by Gravity International) is not responsible for goods signed for by an alternate recipient (e.g., reception, security staff, or neighbors).
  • Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be modified.
  • If multiple delivery attempts fail and additional courier charges apply, those costs will be borne by the buyer.
  • For deliveries to hotels, hostels, or restaurants, orders will be handed to reception/security, and Gravity International shall not be liable for any loss or misplacement thereafter.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before final payment.
  • Free return pickup is offered only for damaged or incorrect items.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the return courier cost will be borne by the buyer.

  • Customs delays for international shipments
