1. Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and includes all tags, labels, and packaging.
  • The issue is reported within the return window via info@vishwasports.shop.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  1. Rackets with custom stringing or personalization.
  2. Cricket bats with oiling or knocking services performed.
  3. Products with minor color or design variations due to stock availability or manufacturing batches.
  4. International orders — customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
  5. Shipments delivered to hotels or third-party addresses (e.g., receptions) where loss occurs after delivery confirmation.
  6. For international cricket bat returns (if correct model delivered but buyer dissatisfied), the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer. Refund/replacement will be processed only after inspection, and original shipping charges may be deducted where applicable.
  7. Orders for customized or strung rackets canceled before dispatch may have stringing costs deducted from the refund.
  8. Warranty or guarantee claims must be addressed directly with the respective manufacturer or authorized brand distributor. VishwaSports.shop and M/s Gravity International assist in facilitating such claims but are not liable for manufacturer decisions.

2. Returns Due to Dissatisfaction

If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 7 days, provided that:

  • A return request is sent via email to info@vishwasports.shop within the return window.
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Refunds or replacements are initiated once the returned product is received and verified by M/s Gravity International.
  • Products with broken seals, missing tags, or damaged packaging will not qualify for return.

3. Shipping Charges on Returns

  • If the correct product was delivered but you wish to return it due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost must be borne by the buyer.
  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Free pickup is provided only for damaged or incorrect items.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

We take great care in packing and quality-checking all orders. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Do not accept delivery if the packaging appears tampered or damaged.
  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery to info@vishwasports.shop, including clear photos and a description.

Once verified, M/s Gravity International will arrange a free pickup and provide either a replacement or refund, as per your preference.


5. Refund Timelines

  • Refunds for approved returns are processed within 10–15 business days after the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.
  • Orders canceled before processing or dispatch are refunded within 4–7 working days.
  • Refunds are credited back to the original mode of payment used during checkout.

6. Cricket Bat Warranty Policy

  1. No warranty applies to edges, toe, or handle damage.
  2. If a bat cracks from the middle within 30 days of delivery, it may be sent to the manufacturer for review.
  3. Replacement or repair decisions depend solely on the manufacturer’s assessment, which may take 20–25 days.
  4. M/s Gravity International will assist in forwarding the claim but cannot guarantee replacement outcomes.

7. Order Processing Timelines

  • Orders received after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

8. Disclaimer

  • Product images and descriptions are for general reference. Minor differences in color, texture, or design due to manufacturing batches do not qualify as defects.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
