Description
Straight cut oil (also called neat cutting oil) is a non-water-miscible metalworking lubricant used directly in its pure form without dilution. It is typically formulated with mineral or synthetic base oils and fortified with extreme-pressure (EP) additives, anti-wear agents, and rust inhibitors. Straight oils provide excellent lubrication and are commonly used in heavy-duty machining operations where high precision, tool protection, and superior surface finish are required.
