Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product was purchased directly from KEMBOT Petrochemical Corporation or our authorized distributors.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The request for return is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- You provide proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation).
Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and the address for shipment.
- Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- If the product does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Products
