Return and refund policy

At KEMBOT Petrochemical Corporation, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in manufacturing and delivering high-quality engine oils and lubricants. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions and process for returning or exchanging products.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product was purchased directly from KEMBOT Petrochemical Corporation or our authorized distributors.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The request for return is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • You provide proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation).

Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
  • Items purchased on sale or through promotional offers.
  • Custom or bulk orders made specifically for a client’s requirements.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at Contact@kembotpetroleum.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and the address for shipment.
  4. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • If the product does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos or videos as proof.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund after verifying the claim.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, the standard return process applies. Please contact our team as soon as possible to cancel or modify your order.
